At AMA Automation, we aim to provide high-quality industrial products and a smooth shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, our Return & Refund Policy explains how returns are handled. By ordering from our website, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

We accept returns only for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, clean, and in its original packaging, with all accessories and labels included. Items that are installed, burnt, modified, or physically damaged are not eligible for return or refund.

You must inform us of any problem within 48 hours of receiving the product. After 48 hours, claims for damage, defects, or missing items cannot be accepted. Once your request is approved, you will be asked to ship the product back to our address. The item will be inspected by our technical team before processing the refund.

Some items cannot be returned due to their sensitive nature, including electrical components, sensors, timers, relays, measuring instruments, customized orders, and special-order items. These products are non-returnable unless the issue is proven to be a manufacturing defect.

If the returned product is approved, you will receive a refund or replacement depending on product availability. Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used during purchase. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the mistake was from our side.

AMA Automation is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused during return shipping. We recommend using a secure courier service and keeping the tracking details until the return is completed.

In cases where a product is out of stock, we may offer a similar item or a full refund. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product is found to be used, tampered with, or not in its original condition.

If you receive the wrong product due to our mistake, we will arrange free replacement or return pickup depending on your location and availability of courier services.

For any return or refund request, please contact our support team with your order number, product details, and a clear description of the issue. Supporting photos or videos may be required for faster verification.
